Sign in

Sign in with your work email — no password, no waiting.
  1. Open the manager portal on your laptop.
  2. Enter your @corporate.com email.
  3. You're in — approved emails sign in instantly. no email link
You decide who gets in. Approve a whole company domain, import a list of specific addresses, or both — and choose instant sign-in or a one-tap email link for extra verification. A separate Managers list controls who can open this manager view; everyone else gets the employee app.

Chargers show their real name (e.g. “Bay 06”) and speed (e.g. AC 22kW), never an internal ID. The grid auto-refreshes (~30s) and appears on both the Overview and Chargers screens.
💡 Tip: A charger stuck “in use” after someone unplugged? Open it and hit Stop — or Hard reset if it won’t clear.

Booking

Let employees reserve a charger in advance, so a bay is guaranteed when they arrive — and no one hunts for a free spot.
  • 🗓️Half-day slotsDefine as many slots as you need — e.g. Morning & Afternoon, or four two-hour windows. Add, rename or remove them anytime.
  • 📆How far ahead & how manySet the booking horizon (days/weeks), which weekdays are bookable, whether same-day is allowed, and how many bookings each employee gets per week.
  • 🔔No-show reminderIf a booked charge hasn’t started N minutes into the slot, ParkIQ emails the booker “still coming?” with a one-tap Cancel link — freeing the bay for a colleague. Nothing is ever cancelled silently.
Turn booking on with a master switch. Employees book from the app; only the person who booked can start that charger during their slot.
💡 Tip: Start with two slots (Morning / Afternoon). Add more only if demand needs finer turns.

Scheduler

Set fair session limits and reminders so no single car ties up a charger all day.
  • ⏳Max session lengthHow long a charge is allowed, in minutes.
  • ▶️Start / mid / end remindersToggle each; the mid reminder fires after N minutes with the time left.
  • 🛑Auto-stop at the limitOptionally stop a charge automatically once it passes the limit.
Adjust the values → Save scheduler.
💡 Tip: Set a session limit that matches your busiest hours to keep bays turning over.

Time violations

Know the moment a car overstays, so a bay never sits blocked and the next employee gets their turn.
  • ➕Grace after limitExtra minutes before an overstay counts as a violation.
  • ✉️Manager emailWhere the alert lands.
  • 🚗Email the driverOptionally nudge the driver directly too.
  • 🧪Send sample alertSends one sample alert to the manager so you can see the format.
A violation = a session past max length + grace.
💡 Tip: Add your email to violation alerts so overstays reach you first.

Reports

Export usage by date range — per session and per employee — whenever you need it.

Charging is free — just share fairly. Reserve a charger for a half-day, activate it when you arrive, and free the bay when you’re done so the next person can charge.

Sign in

Open the app on your phone — nothing to install.
  1. Scan the QR at the charger to open the Charging Pool portal.
  2. Enter your work email (@corporate.com).
  3. You're in — no password, no waiting. instant
Your manager approves who can charge. If email verification is switched on, you'll get a one-tap sign-in link instead.

Book a charger

Reserve a charger for a half-day slot, so it’s waiting for you — no circling the car park.
  1. In the Booking tab, pick a day and a slot (e.g. Morning or Afternoon).
  2. Choose a free charger and tap Book.
  3. It shows up under My booking. reserved
Each charger holds one booking per slot, and you get a set number of bookings per week (your manager decides how many, how far ahead, and which days).
💡 Tip: Book the day before for a busy morning — you’ll have a guaranteed bay when you arrive.

Find a charger

Every charger, its status, its plug and its speed — at a glance.

Match the icon to your car, and each bay shows its max speed (e.g. up to 22 kW). In-use chargers show a “free by ~HH:MM” estimate so you know when one opens up.

Start charging

Activate your booked charger the moment your slot begins.
  1. When your slot is live, open My booking and tap Activate charging.
  2. Only you can start the charger you booked, during your slot — no one can jump your bay.
  3. The card flips to your active session.

While you charge

Track your time and know exactly when to head back.
  • ⏱️Live timerWatch your elapsed charging time.
  • 🕒Free by HH:MMYour start time plus the pool’s max session length.
  • ⏹️Stop chargingEnd your session when you’re done. One session at a time.
  • 🔔Running late?If you don’t activate your booking, we’ll email to ask if you’re still coming — tap Cancel to free it for a colleague.
There are fewer chargers than drivers, so sessions have a time limit — when yours is up, please move your car so a colleague can charge.
💡 Tip: Watch for your “time’s almost up” reminder so you’re never the one blocking a bay.
