This notice explains how Greems handles personal information collected through this landing page, in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It covers this public page only. Use of the Greems mobile app and charging accounts is governed by the in-app privacy policy.
What we collect on this page
This page is informational. It does not require you to sign in and does not ask you for personal information. We may process the following:

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this page, and we do not sell personal information.
Charging-location data
The pins shown on the map are Greems business charging-station locations (addresses), not personal data.
Third parties
- OpenStreetMap serves the map tiles. When the map loads, your IP address is visible to OpenStreetMap’s tile servers, subject to their privacy policy.
- GitHub Pages hosts this page; standard web-server logs may be processed by the host.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — if you tap a download button you leave this page and their privacy policies apply.
Retention & your rights
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Under PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We use a minimal, essential-only approach. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are set by this page.

Accessibility Statement
Greems is committed to accessibility. This page is designed to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- Semantic structure, landmarks, and a “skip to content” link for screen readers and keyboard users.
- All interactive controls are keyboard-operable with visible focus indicators.
- The map is supported by an equivalent text list of every location with “Navigate” links, so map data is available without using the map.
- Colour contrast and large touch targets (≥44px) for readability and motor accessibility.
- Animations respect the “reduce motion” system setting.
